03Service & Maintenance
We stay on the project after the invoice is paid.
Consultation, design, installation and ongoing support — delivered by the same engineers, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
How a project runs.
Four stages, each signed off with you before the next begins.
- 01
Consultation
We start on your floor. Our engineers walk the process, measure the constraints and agree what the system has to achieve — throughput, product range, footprint and budget — before a single drawing is produced.
- 02
Design
Concept layouts and 3D models are developed and reviewed with you, covering mechanical design, controls philosophy, guarding and safety. You sign off a system you have already seen working on screen.
- 03
Installation
Equipment is manufactured and pre-assembled in our Manchester workshop, then installed and commissioned on site — planned around your shutdowns to keep disruption to a minimum.
- 04
Ongoing Support
Planned preventative maintenance, LOLER and statutory inspections, spares, breakdown response and operator training keep the system performing long after handover.

05Ongoing support
Keeping installed systems running at rate.
Planned preventative maintenance
Scheduled visits agreed around your production calendar, with a written report on condition, wear and anything that needs attention before it stops the line.
LOLER & statutory inspection
Thorough examination of lifting equipment and handling plant, with certification and records kept in order.
Operator & engineer training
On-site training so your team can run, clean and fault-find the system confidently from day one.
Breakdown response & spares
Telephone diagnostics, site attendance and critical spares held or sourced for the equipment we have supplied.

Inherited a system someone else installed?
We maintain and upgrade third-party conveyors and handling equipment as well as our own. Tell us what you have and we will take a look.
